RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that returns must be sent to the return address provided by our support team after your return request has been approved.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

• Custom or personalized products
• Gift cards
• Perishable goods
• Personal care products
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Because each Personalized NFC Mini CD is custom-made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for personalized orders unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

However, this right does not apply to personalized or custom-made products created specifically according to the customer's specifications.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
